Ghadir Al Ansari is a senior fintech and financial services advisor with over 20 years of experience in banking regulations, electronic payments, financial technology, digital transformation, innovation, operational risk, and sustainability.
She brings a unique combination of regulatory expertise, industry knowledge, and strategic insight gained through her work with the Central Bank of Kuwait, the banking sector, and leading regional and international institutions. Throughout her career, she has contributed to the development of key regulatory frameworks and initiatives that support the growth of Kuwait’s digital financial ecosystem, including emerging sectors such as Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and Open Banking.
Ghadir has extensive experience advising on fintech innovation, digital payment solutions, regulatory compliance, market development, and financial sector transformation.
